New Resources: Environmental Rights Amendment Toolkit

Environmental rights amendments can make a real difference for climate and environmental justice in states where they are adopted. But their language matters, and different choices can lead to stronger or weaker results.

The Climate Equity Policy Center has developed a toolkit to enable advocates and policymakers to navigate this emerging policy environment and apply learnings to date.
